Carnival Arts Personnel
Carnival Arts Personnel
Rebecca and Leo believe their success is a result of working closely with teachers, youth leaders, festival organisers and community leaders to create tailor-made projects with specific outcomes. That enables participants to explore a wide variety of subjects in stimulating and challenging ways to bring about a sense of achievement.
In preparation for workshops, Rebecca and Leo find out what its aims and objectives are and discuss other important factors such as: who the participants will be, what their abilities and needs are, how many are expected, what the timescale is, where the workshop will take place and the available budget. They can then advise on numbers of arts workers and assistants recommended for a successful workshop and the appropriate activity type.
Rebecca and Leo are able to involve, coordinate and work with other artists, musicians and performers to bring a collaborative jamboree of skills and experience to an enlivening project. They also regularly work with young community artists, giving them the opportunity of experience.
All Carnival Arts Group can credit with Arts Awards for Bronze and Silver participants and all their personnel have been CRB checked.
